Our Guys
WE have some incredible studs here at Lionheart Shepherds. While the focus is often on the mama Shepherds, without these guys our program would not exist. They give us the beautiful pups we love so much and we are so proud of what they have added to our program!
Sinbad
Sinbad is, in a word, awesome. He is our new long coat standard stud. Son of Dior (pedigree attached below) We are absolutely thrilled to have this guy on our program!
He is everything you could want in a stud. Sinbad has exceptionally deep red markings, no diluted tan here whatsoever. Yes, he is as every bit as red in person as he looks in these pictures. We know, its hard to believe! He has a thick, flowing main, and therefore fits our Lionheart program well! Sinbad has a handsome wide face that is true to type for a German Shepherd. He is masculine in appearance with a wide muzzle, correct and alert ears, with intense eyes and gaze. In short, Sinbad is a beautifully put together boy. He is very true to the classic German Shepherd "type" that we breed for at Lionheart Shepherds.
On top of that he is a very loving boy with an easygoing personality. He loves people and attention and playing with the kids. He is friendly to everyone he meets, including children. I love his affectionate personality, his drive, and eagerness to please. And yet at the same time, this boy is ready to relax in your home, and just be a big bear. He has a wonderful laid back temperament, that often comes with our long coat German Shepherds. This makes them great candidates for calm family dogs!
Sinbad is son to our own loving girl, Bella, and the stunning stud, Dior, who's pedigree I have attached below.

Fuego
Official name: Frugo Adi
We are so in love with our beautiful and kind boy, Fuego. While we could go on and on about his good qualities, we will try to put just a few of them down here.
Fuego has a wonderful personality. He's wise and gentle, yet watchful and protective of his family. He has the sweetest, disposition, which is a good thing, because he looks quite intimidating, being a black long coat German Shepherd. He displays a wonderful disposition in real life, where he is gentle and kind to old and young folks alike.
Fuego's structure is outstanding. He moves well and is most impressive to watch. He's a big guy - close to 90 pounds - and will pass his big bone on to his puppies. His earset is perfect, his muzzle is wide and strong, and he has the most stunning black face. These things combine to give him an absolutely beautiful head.
Fuego had his X-rays completed, and has clear (perfect) hips and elbows, something extremely important in a German Shepherd.
Overall, Fuego is an impressive example of the German Shepherd breed, and we are incredibly thrilled to have a boy like him in our program. He produces marvelous, big, black long coat pups. Our most popular color and coat on our program!

jack
Official name: Jack Boca Bohemia
We are so incredibly proud of our boy Jack! Jack comes from Czech Republic working lines, and his temperament is absolutely incredible. He is at the same time, alert, affectionate, friendly, attentive, and fun. Jack has a high drive and is very attentive and eager to train and learn, however he has a very good "off" switch and is phenomenal in the house, hanging out with the family. Jack such a fun and friendly guy, and he shows it to all he meets with his ever wagging tail. Personality wise, even people who do not like shepherds are won over by the friendly and attentive nature of Jack. However, it is not only Jack's loving nature we are in love with. Jack is and absolutely stunning example of working line Czech GSD. He has a solid black coat, chocolate eyes, and is put together beautifully. Many people ask for a shepherd with a straight back, and Jack certainly delivers. He has beautiful straight and tight feet and an impressive head. He has a lean body that is built for movement and speed. Yet he is an intimidating size - over 80 pounds. Jack has not received his training titles yet simply because Covid has caused trials to be cancelled throughout 2020. However we hope he will get to train this summer and receive IPO1, simply because we know he is such an excellent prospect, and he truly loves the training and work. Jack is DM clear and has had prelim X-rays done on his hips and elbows (clear).
